“What if the next leap in AI isn’t about thinking faster, but about thinking more carefully?” was the open-ended question that one moderator used to end their panel. You could tell that individuals weren’t quite prepared to respond to that question just yet.

However, there was a noticeable improvement. The focus shifted from what AI could achieve to what it ought to do. That change was especially encouraging, despite its subtlety. It suggested not just acceleration, but maturation.
