Symvan Capital, the UK-based technology investment firm, has announced a successful exit for its early investors in Custodiex, a digital asset custody provider, following its strategic acquisition by Amdax, a leading Netherlands-based digital asset service provider.
The exit is a noteworthy milestone in the rapidly maturing digital asset custody space and comes during a buoyant period for UK tech acquisitions—highlighted by 44 successful exits recorded in February 2025 alone.
This latest development aligns with Symvan Capital’s ongoing evolution, marked by its rebranding earlier this month, and underscores the firm’s continued commitment to backing high-potential, innovative technology businesses.
The acquisition of Custodiex by Amdax serves as a strong validation of Symvan Capital’s targeted investment strategy, which focuses on identifying transformative technologies at the intersection of finance and digital infrastructure.
