- Investec REALIS fund secures two multi-let commercial properties located in central Brighton and Manchester.
- The transactions highlight Cynergy Bank’s continued commitment to supporting commercial property investments through tailored lending solutions.
Investec REALIS is set to strengthen its private equity portfolio following the completion of two commercial property acquisitions, financed through loans provided by Cynergy Bank.
Investec REALIS, a subsidiary of global specialist bank and wealth manager Investec, was established in 2024 after a period of market repricing within selected areas of the UK real estate sector. The fund’s strategy centres on acquiring properties for development or repositioning and has an ambition to deploy £250 million into high-quality, institutional-grade real estate across the UK.
The transaction supports the acquisition of two multi-let commercial buildings in Brighton and Manchester, both properties are underpinned by strong occupational demand and have positive ESG credentials.
The deals reinforce Cynergy Bank’s commitment to delivering bespoke financial solutions and understanding the unique needs of each client. They also highlight the Bank’s breadth of sector expertise in the market.
The loan completions contribute to Cynergy Bank’s £615 million of gross lending in H1 of 2025.
Laura Solecki at Cynergy Bank said: “We at Cynergy Bank are proud to offer these commercial loans to Investec REALIS. The collaboration not only supports Investec’s growth objectives but also exemplifies the potential for future partnerships in the evolving financial landscape.
“Cynergy Bank remains committed to delivering tailored financial solutions that meet the unique needs of its clients, and this partnership with Investec Bank is a testament to that commitment.”
