Marketers Rely on AI for Content and Email Performance

AI continues to transform industries worldwide, and marketing is no exception. According to data from CasinoApps.com, marketers are increasingly turning to Artificial Intelligence for content creation and email optimization. These two areas have emerged as the most popular applications of AI in the marketing field, helping teams improve engagement, save time, and boost campaign performance.

37% of marketers admit to using AI for content creation

As per the results of the latest marketing survey, content creation is the most common use of Artificial Intelligence in the field of marketing. The Survey, conducted in early 2025 and published on Statista, asked marketing decision-makers about the areas in which they have sought the help of AI.

37% of the surveyed confirmed that they have used AI in content creation and enhancement. The second major use of AI was email marketing optimization. 36% of the participants said they use AI in optimizing their email campaigns.

Social media management and ad targeting were not far behind in the poll, as 35% of the surveyed picked that as an option. A major chunk of marketers are also using AI to personalize marketing content. 33% of the surveyed said they have used AI for content personalization.

When it came to Chatbots and conversational AI, the rate of usage among marketers went down considerably. Only 25% of the surveyed said that they use AI for chatbots and conversational requirements.

Marketers are also using AI to monitor customer behaviour and target specific customer bases. In the Survey, the use of Artificial Intelligence in “prediction of customer behaviour and “customer segmentation and targeting” garnered an equal number of positive responses at 22%.

Another important use of AI in the field of marketing has been search optimization. As per the Survey, 20% of the marketers said they use AI in voice and visual search optimization. 14% of the surveyed also picked “Other” as an option.
